Your Olark bot appears in the lower right. If you see anything odd or weird, please be sure to capture the text of the question or take a screenshot to share with us.
Because this is only a testing page, some features such as the routing to a new page will still work, but the bot will not appear on the new URL to send the folowup messages.
During your testing you might want to pretend to be different visitors to your site. Click "Pretend to be a new visitor" to reset the chat as a new vistor.
